It finally happened. For quite some time now I’ve felt the urging to cook up some pig but it’s always been a big chore to do so. A couple years back we got ourselves a smoker and I was tasked with smoking a pig for superbowl every year. Well, we missed that this year for [...] I finally, FINALLY got a job! Yay job! It’s only taken oh, six months, and granted it’s only a one month contract for now, but it’s something. I’m excited about the opportunity, and I’m hopeful about its future.
